We provide a professional service to take care of all your payroll worries including:
We can liaise with HM Revenue & Customs on all aspects of running a payroll scheme and we will complete all forms and ensure you are informed to make Tax payments on time.
We prepare your payrolls four-weekly and will provide copies for your records.
We can design timesheets for your staff.
This includes the following:

Registering you as an employer with HM Revenue & Customs and, if required, acting as your agent

Operating payroll software (approved by HM Revenue & Customs)

Issuing payslips for each employee

Sending a summary report for each payroll run when more than one employee works in the pay period

Filling in your payrolls online as required by HM Revenue & Customs under the RTI (Real Time Information) scheme

Completion of quarterly payslips for Income Tax and National Insurance Contributions and advising you how much to pay to HM Revenue & Customs

Dealing with any queries raised by HM Revenue & Customs relating to the payroll service

Dealing with Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) and Statutory Maternity/Paternity Pay (SMP/SPP)

Dealing with Redundancy

Calculating holiday entitlement of your employees (there may be an additional charge for calculating the entitlement for staff who work irregular hours)

Basic Payroll Service
Our charges (excluding VAT) are:
£13.00 per Payroll up to six employees (plus £13.00 each additional employee)
£68.00 Annual Fee including filing online under RTI (Real Time Information) (No Annual fee after first year for non-HMRC registered employers)
Annual Charge for four-weekly payrolls is £237.00
Premium Payroll Service (As Basic Service but HAD pays the employees and HM Revenue & Customs by electronic transfer)
Our charges (excluding VAT) are:
£21.00 per Payroll up to six employees (plus £21.00 each additional employee)
£68.00 Annual Fee including filing online under RTI (Real Time Information) (No Annual fee after first year for non-HMRC registered employers)
